Slion Tape No.9940 is a single-faced adhesive tape using woven fabric laminated with polyethylene as backing material, with one side coated in high waterproof and airtight butyl rubber adhesive.
Due to the properties of the butyl rubber adhesive, it maintains stable adhesive properties from low to high temperatures, enabling it to be used in all seasons. As it uses a fabric backing material, it can follow irregular surfaces and be easily cut by hand. It also has excellent workability as it does not use release liner. It can be used in joints in household dampproofing sheets that are highly airtight and have good thermal insulation. |

Sufficient adhesive strength may not be obtained if the surface the tape is being applied to is dirty. Remove any dirt, dust, moisture, oil, etc. before applying the tape. |

Apply pressure after applying the tape to ensure sufficient adhesive strength is obtained. |

Store the tape in a cool place, avoiding heat sources such as direct sunlight and heating equipment. |

Do not use for electrical insulation as this is not insulation tape. |

Do not directly apply the tape to furniture, walls, glass, vinyl chloride products, car bodies, etc. as this may result in adhesive deposits, discoloration or peeling of paint. |

This tape is not designed for application to skin. Do not directly apply to skin as this may result in a rash or adhesive deposit. |

This tape is for permanent adhesion and leaves a deposit when removed. Take care of what the tape is being applied to. |

This tape is not for holding or fixing items. Be sure to use nails, screws, etc. for permanent fixing when fixing items subject to constant force. |
