No.8787 Electrically conductive copper foil adhesive tape

Slion Tape No. 8787 has 18 μm electrolytic copper foil as a base material, to one surface of which an electrically conductive synthetic resin based adhesive has been applied. This tape enables electrical conductivity to an adherend, and achieves excellent conductivity in both thickness and lengthwise directions. This tape can be used for electromagnetic and electrostatic shielding as well as for antistatic purposes, etc.

Directions for use
(1)
Sufficient adhesive strength may not be obtained if the surface this tape is being applied to is dirty. Remove any dirt, dust, moisture, and oil, etc. before applying this tape.
(2)
Apply pressure thoroughly after affixing this tape.
(3)
Store this tape in a cool place, avoiding heat sources such as direct sunlight and heating equipment.
(4)
Use this tape only after thoroughly testing for adhesion, tensile strength, and durability, etc.
(5)
Do not use for electrical insulation as this is not insulation tape.
(6)
Do not directly apply this tape to furniture, walls, glass, vinyl chloride products, and car bodies, etc. as this may result in adhesive deposits, discoloration or peeling of paint.
(7)
This tape is not designed for application to the skin. Do not directly apply to the skin as this may result in a rash or adhesive deposits.
(8)
Depending upon the type of material which this product is to be applied to, this tape may leave adhesive residues or contaminate the adherent. Check well before use.
(9)
When conductive tape is to be energized, be sure to implement measures against heat generation and ignition. We assume no responsibility for accidents caused by energization.
(10)
Before using conductive tape, be sure to thoroughly conduct tests with regard to electrical conductivity and shielding performance.
