No.6330 Non UV Dicing Tape (Low adhesion)

Transparent mild adhesive tape No. 6330 is an adhesive tape with a mild adhesive applied to a highly transparent polyolefin base material possessing isotropic elongation characteristics and a bonded film separator.
The transparency and mild adhesiveness of this tape allow it to be used for applications including inspections, pickup, and transfer, etc in component manufacturing processes (dicing, etc.).

Test method: JIS Z 0237
• Adhesion: Measured at 20 min after applying and pressing tape to each adherent using a 2 kg roller rolled back and forth once. Peeling speed: 300 mm/min.
• Transparency: Measured at a scan speed of 120.0 nm/min and using a 2.0 nm band pass.
• MD: Machine direction TD: transverse direction

Directions for use
(1)
Remove any dirt, dust, moisture, and oil, etc. before applying this tape.
(2)
Avoid direct hand contact with the adhesive surface.
(3)
Store this tape in a cool place, avoiding heat sources such as direct sunlight and heating equipment. Use within 3 months from shipment.
(4)
The application temperature range of this tape is 10 to 30°C. Adhesion failure may occur when this tape is not used within this temperature range.
(5)
When this tape is applied to incorrect locations and needs to be re-applied, use new tape.
(6)
