Paint Peeling Sheet "Sofwell" |
|
Paint Peeling Sheet No.1750 Series enables the removal of even stubborn old coatings using a method of "paste and peel" by utilizing an environmentally-friendly stripping agent in the revolutionary form of a sheet. As this product expands and softens old coatings without dissolving them, the coatings can be easily removed using a scraper or high-pressure hose, making it easy to recover and dispose the coating after it is removed. It also shows stable peeling results due to the uniform stripping agent and a protective film layer. In addition to stripping of old coatings from buildings and vehicles, it can also be used in narrow spaces inside structures, dramatically improving the working environments that were previously horrendous in such cases. |

• Paint peel-ability: |
Adhere the sheet to the painted area, leave it for a day, evaluate the easiness to peel using scraper (condition: 25 deg C). |
• Cautions: |
The above mentioned data are under one condition for one type of paint. Depends on the type of the paint, thickness and working temperature, the result may differ. Moreover, for multi-type of paint layers and thickness, verify beforehand with patch test. |

Specification of this sheet varies by the type of paint, thickness, elapsed years, surface condition, or working environment. Patch test is needed before use. |

Store this sheet in cool place without giving pressure. Use completely soon after breaking the seal. |

Use protective equipments, such as protective mask for organic gas, safety glasses, or nonabsorbent gloves during the application. Rinse well by soap water if the peeling agent is attached to skin.

This product consists of two sheets (Peeling agent surfaces are attached each other). Separate these two sheets after cut into the desired length. Both sheets are usable. |

Press and deaerate well after application by using roller or spatula. |

Penetrating strength varies by the temperature. Take enough masking time for the application in the winter. |

Leaving this sheet on places where paint removal is not desired, may result in impingement of old paint layer. |

Depending upon the masking time, color shading or discoloration of adherent can happen. Examine the best masking time well before application. |
