Sliontec's Compliance Promotion System

Compliance committee
In order to improve the companywide compliance system and to make decisions on prevention of illegal acts and corrective steps in the event illegal acts have occurred, we have established a Compliance Committee chaired by the Board Director and made up of members representing divisions such as sales, design, manufacturing and materials.

Internal reporting and consultation contact
We have established an Internal Reporting and Consultation Contact for reporting and consulting in the event an employee suffers from, sees or hears an illegal act related to work. Reporting and consultation to the contact can be performed using a dedicated e-mail address, a letter or an interview. Respecting the privacy of the person making the report or consultation, the Compliance Committee will investigate the details of the report or consultation, and then formulate and implement steps to quickly correct illegal acts and prevent their recurrence. The person making the report or consultation is also notified of the response made to the report or consultation.

Sliontec Group Ethical Guidelines
In order to realize the Corporate Principle, we have drawn up 34 specific legal policies that must be obeyed by directors and employees of Sliontec. This guideline has been printed in a booklet and distributed among them all.
